This was a full siding and fascia replacement on a well-kept home in Bryan, Ohio. The kind of job where the scope goes well beyond just the main house - we're talking every exterior wall, every gable, the chimney chase, and even the backyard outbuilding. When a homeowner decides to go this route, they want it to look like it all belongs together. That's exactly what we focused on here.

The existing siding had run its course. Old siding doesn't always look terrible from a distance, but up close you start to see the warping, the fading, the sections that no longer sit flush. Once it starts going, it's not just a cosmetic problem - it's a weather barrier that isn't doing its job anymore. Replacing it entirely gives the home a clean slate and a tighter envelope against the elements.

We matched the new siding across the entire property - main house front, sides, rear, garage wing, and the outbuilding out back. The fascia got replaced at the same time, which matters a lot. Fascia is the first thing to show rot and water damage, and new siding with old beat-up fascia just doesn't look right. Getting both done at once means everything is protected and everything looks intentional.

What we ended up with is a home that looks pulled together from every angle. The warm tan tone of the new siding works well with the brick accents and the dark shingles already in place. No mismatched sections, no visible transitions between old and new. The outbuilding blends right in with the main structure, which gives the whole property a cohesive, finished appearance.

A job like this holds up for decades when it's installed right. Properly fitted siding and fascia keep moisture out, cut down on drafts, and protect the structure underneath from the kind of slow damage that gets expensive fast. That's the real value here - it looks great, but it's also doing serious work protecting the home long-term.
