Here's what we were working with at the start - old siding completely stripped away, exposing the bare wood framing and vapor barrier underneath. The wall had run its course. Rather than patching over problems, we pulled everything back and started fresh. That's the only way to do it right.

Before any siding went up, we installed rigid foam insulation board across the entire wall. You can't skip that step on a building like this. Good insulation under the siding means lower energy costs and a tighter building envelope year-round. It also gives the new siding a solid, even surface to sit against.

From there, we moved into the metal siding installation. We went with vertical panel metal siding in a warm neutral tone - clean, durable, and built to last for decades with minimal maintenance. New windows were set into the framing at the same time, trimmed out in white for a sharp contrast against the siding. The detail work around the windows makes a real difference in how the finished wall reads.

The awning was the finishing touch. The covered entry adds both function and character - it gives the front of the building a defined entrance and protects the door from the elements. Combined with the new siding and windows, the whole front face of the building went from worn-out to completely dialed in.

This is the kind of scope we handle well - full exterior wall work that covers everything from insulation and siding installation to window replacement and structural finish details. When a building needs real attention, not just a cosmetic fix, this is how we approach it.
