Full Roof Replacement for the Newton Family in Defiance Ohio

This one meant a lot to us. The Newton family put their trust in us to replace the roof on their home here in Defiance, and that's not something we take lightly. Every roof we do is someone's home - their biggest investment - and we treat it that way.

This was a full roof replacement with dark charcoal asphalt shingles across a multi-section roof with some real complexity to it. Multiple ridgelines, two chimneys, and several roof planes meeting at different angles. That kind of layout requires careful attention to how each section ties in, especially at the valleys and ridges where water naturally wants to find a way through.

What we're most proud of here is the consistency across the whole roof. Every course of shingles runs clean and tight from one end to the other. The ridge cap is solid and uniform. When you're working with a roof that has this many intersecting planes, keeping everything lined up and properly layered takes real care - and you can see that in the finished result.

The Newton home is a well-kept ranch with good curb appeal, and a fresh roof like this only adds to it. Beyond looks, though, this is real protection. A properly installed roof keeps the interior of the home dry, helps with energy efficiency, and gives the homeowners peace of mind for years to come. That's the whole point.
